The Practice Manager, is responsible for the smooth running of the Practice and patient services and is happy to help with any queries you may have about administrative or non-medical aspects of your health care. She would also be pleased to receive any suggestions on how we might improve our services.
|Our Receptionists and Medical Secretaries are here to help you. They are trained professionals who do a very difficult job extremely well and are trained to assist the patient to the best of their ability. They are instructed to treat each patient as an individual and with courtesy and respect.The team have guidelines and protocols to follow during the course of their work and may need to ask you for further details, including details of your symptoms or condition, when you telephone – this is so that your call can be prioritized if appropriate and to ensure that you can receive assistance as speedily as possible.They have access to patient information on a need to know basis and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as all other health professionals.|
Liza is our reception Manager. She oversees the service we offer at reception thereby assisting with the smooth running of the practice.Ensure an efficient and professional manner is maintained. Provide a focal point of communication between patients, doctors and other medical staff. Act as a role model, demonstrating and promoting the standards expected by the practice and creating the energy and enthusiasm for the service.Liaise with and assist the Practice Manager as and when required.
Sarah is also our Deputy Practice Manager.She supports the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the PracticeDeputise for the Practice Manager in the Practice Manager’s absence.Assists with the maintenance of the practice’s clinical and other computer systems, and ensures delivery of high standards of data quality.
