GP Appointments – we have a new way to contact your GP
We have changed how you contact and get help from the surgery. It’s called TOTAL TRIAGE
All requests for a GP appointment, as well as questions about administration should preferably be submitted through a special form . You can find this form on our surgery website or via the NHSapp
Please be aware that the Total Triage system is only open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:30pm. If you are partway through submitting a request at 6:30pm the system will prevent you from completing your request. It is meant to do this to safeguard patients submitting urgent requests when the Practice is closed. In these circumstances, if your concern is medically urgent please Telephone 111. Thank you.
You can still contact the practice with your request by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices

What happens next?
Your request will be reviewed by a GP and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
For urgent help, call the surgery. If the surgery is closed then visit NHS 111 online. In an emergency call 999.
Online forms are open from 8.00am – 6.30pm Monday – Friday.
