We want to deal with your call as efficiently and quickly as possible but the volume of non-urgent calls during this time is making this difficult.
You can really help us ensure that your fellow patients who need to contact us with an urgent concern can get through to us, by waiting until after 11:00am to call with non-urgent queries and requests when our lines are less busy.
This will ensure our telephone lines are not blocked with routine queries and concerns when patients are trying to contact us urgently for same day appointments when we open at 8am.
